Portland Parks Foundation is the only organization that raises funds for the entire Portland parks system and invests those funds effectively through its close working relationship with Portland Parks & Recreation. With our donors, we have raised more than $10.5 million in the last eight years for parks and park programs throughout the City of Portland.

Join Portland Parks Foundation's Legacy Circle

Individuals wishing to demonstrate their commitment to the beauty and excellence of Portland's parks system by becoming a Legacy Circle member are invited to make an annual gift of $1,000 or more to Portland Parks Foundation.  See our Legacy Circle page for more information.

Give the gift of time

Portland Parks Foundation enjoys a close association with Portland Parks & Recreation. PP&R offers opportunities for volunteers to help on projects throughout the city. Each year volunteers log more than 450,000 hours helping out by being a volunteer coach, a teacher aide, an extra pair of hands on a park project. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome.
